The illustrator Garance drew her inspiration from a 17th-century engraving, depicting Queen Marie de Medici and her descendants. After all, owls, the totem animals of Inoui Editions, deserve a royal family tree! Owls? Not only... A shy raccoon slipped into the middle of this line of majestic birds, to the amazement of his kinship. Who, nonetheless, should remember Saint-Exupéry's words : “If I differ from you, far from harming you, I increase you”.
